I think it would be interesting for the project to have its own academies and structure to learning the ways of the Empire from:
Martial arts
Permaculture
Fine Art and Culture
Meditation
General academics
Vocations
Just some of the ideas for it

I would love to offer an online accredited Imperial University. It would be the intent to offer it for free to students rather than having them bogged down in debt the rest of their lives. Offering a free university isn't that hard if you are using Imperial Credits to compensate teachers and other staff. You don't have to have money coming in for that. You simply credit the staff member's account with the appropriate amount of credits which they would use to obtain what they need. But, for that to work, we need to have a working system to keep track of the credits, and a market to spend them in that is useful for the person doing the shopping. It's not my intention to get into a discussion about the Imperial economy here, but my point is that a university CAN be free under the right system.
