The city government and administration for the city of Cyberia, as well as it's election process, is the same as if it were a physical city under the Terran Empire. The city will have an established charter registered with the Terran Empire and a city government. Essentially this includes the following:
Elections are open to any eligible citizen. Compensation is per labor-time credits, which, for the time being, could only be used virtually until actual physical cities are established and producing physical products.
This city will also have various departments and commissions as would a physical city. For example, the Planning and Development commission would be composed of the various kinds of developers who work to make this city a reality in cyberspace. Again, compensation for any position is in labor-time credits.
- City Counsel presided over by a Mayor
- City Manager
- City Attorney
- City Clerk
- Heads of the City Departments
- Any other position that the City Counsel determines is necessary
